Throughout the holiday, the 15 co-extrusion lines at the production base in Bancheng, Linyi (Shandong) operated continuously around the clock, covering the full product range including WPC indoor slats, outdoor decking, wall cladding, and fencing. Processes—ranging from mixing and extrusion to sanding/embossing, in-line lamination, and precision cutting—were executed according to the pre-holiday schedule; neither process parameters nor the frequency of quality inspections were compromised due to the holiday.
Scheduling for the finished goods warehouse and container loading area was synchronized with production. An average of four containers (predominantly 40HQ units) were loaded and cleared for shipment daily, departing from Qingdao Port to customers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, and other regions. Loading operations strictly adhered to a "first-order-first-shipped" and "priority consolidation for the same customer" logic to prevent a single customer's orders from being split across different shipping schedules.
