2. High temperature double co-extrusion molding (core process)
The mixture is fed into an extruder, melted at a high temperature of 160 ~ 190℃, and three layers are co-extruded: upper and lower high-density crust layers+middle foaming core layer, and the flat plate is extruded at one time. Advantages: the board is integrated inside and outside, the density is uniform, and it is not easy to delaminate. Compared with the old hollow bamboo-wood fiber wallboard, the strength is greatly improved.
3. sectional cooling and shaping
The vacuum cooling platform cools at a uniform speed to eliminate the internal stress of the plate and prevent the later bending and warping; Then cut into standard large plates (1220mm wide and customized in length).
4. The board surface is polished.
The surface of the board is finely sanded to ensure flatness and provide a fitting foundation for film mulching.
5. Coating finish (determines appearance and service life)
Two mainstream processes:
PUR hot melt adhesive hot film (high-end) high-temperature hot melt adhesive molecular fusion bonding, low formaldehyde, water resistance, high and low temperature environment without peeling, home improvement is preferred;
Cold glue coating (low-end) water-based cold spraying glue is low in cost, easy to release VOC, and easy to demould in high temperature and humid environment. Decorative film can be selected from: PET skin sensitive film, PVC wood grain film, stone grain film, cloth pattern and metal wire drawing film.

6. Finished product inspection, film protection and warehousing.
